Possibly the best shampoo ever. I have used it as directed by leaving the shampoo in my hair for 5 minutes and I also hold the conditioner in for 5-10 minutes using every other day as recommended. I've had 5 shampoos in the last 10 days and my hair has never been so full and healthy,
