generally normal; DVD player disappointing
I wanted a cheap, good quality DVD/VCR kit and overall it was a pretty good unit. The only major disappointment was that new DVDs play just fine, but any DVD we get from a video store or library (in other words, DVDs that aren't in perfect condition) freezes and all we can do is stop the DVD and restart everything . again. If this device had a DVD player troubleshooter, it would be very beneficial.
