To be honest I'm appalled at the condition the cleaner came in. The first 2 photos right after I took it out of the mailer is the first big problem. Basically a liquid gel bottle, no bubble wrap can protect it from bursting when crushed. My detergent seemed to have been crushed at some point. After I took the bottle out there was weird dirt and soap residue on the bottle itself and in the packaging itself. I don't mean liquid, I mean foam after use. It was worrying so I opened the bottle and realized: 1. It's only half and the worst. 2. The cleaner itself looks ruined. It seems that there is some kind of great matter in it. I hope it's just soap. In order to return it as soon as possible it was necessary to buy it on their website.
