very much. They are easy to put on and close, and they have 2 buttonholes so you can choose the loose waist you need. Without them, the waist would have to be too small for most jeans to sit properly on the bottom. It's amazing how much more comfortable I feel now that I have a little more material. Because I am a disabled woman and have limited mobility, my stomach is not as slim as it used to be. They're not even noticeable.
