Review on Renewed SteelSeries Arctis 1 Wireless Gaming Headset with USB-C and Clearcast Microphone Compatible with Multiple Devices in Black by Wiktor Wiater ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The quality is at the level, I am satisfied with everything.

Headphones are invisible when worn. The ear pads are very well thought out. Their design does not cause any inconvenience. The ears do not fold or curl in them. The ear does not seem to touch the "sides" at all (it is possible that I have such suitable, cunning ears :)) I can compare with SONY WH-CH700N and MDR-XB950B1 headphones. Their microphones are ugly. They are not good for conversation. For listening to music only. MDR - for lovers of bass and low frequencies. Unlike SONY, in SteelSeries Arctis 1, the ears do not sweat at all, they do not start to itch, and there is no discomfort at all. You can talk and webexit for more than 2 hours without changing the position of the headphones to stretch your ears or scratch :) For videoconferencing, I had to use Plantronics . Audio 995, but not for long. The plastic just broke. Apparently due to time. The headband fell apart. Borrowed Plantronics . Audio 655 DSP - they are with a wire and it interfered a lot. The microphone is OK, but the headphones are garbage. TOTAL: I recommend it to everyone who often webexits or plays for many hours in a row during this difficult, self-isolation time. If I find something unpleasant, I will add a review. Total

Pros
  • Ease of use. The quality of the ear pads. Microphone quality. Design reliability. Communication range and its high quality at a decent distance from the receiver. Completion and packaging. Excellent batteries and power efficiency. Design. Materials. All of the above for such a low cost - 8000. (Purchased May 8, 2022. )
Cons
  • Inconvenient dongle. (See photo) When used without an adapter or extension cord, it blocks ports (charging, HDMI on a laptop and USB on a system unit. It seems to be heavy, but this is most likely due to capacious batteries and for the sake of reliability, so it’s not a disadvantage, but Let's call it a nitpick, like the desire for a foam cap on a microphone.
