I'm either weak or the design is underdeveloped BUT it's still something to try if you're looking for a lightweight weighted hoop. YES, easy assemblyYES, the padding doesn't move when in useYES, it comes apart easilyNo, I didn't like it and here's why. It hurt me. I could feel the tire's articulations with every turn, and in some places the filling came loose. Instead of a smooth tire like you use as a kid, I didn't feel smooth. I sent it back as I bruise easily and it hurts, but that doesn't mean you won't succeed :)
