They are so small that removing the top paper and one of them is a problem but when you are working with complex projects it is if that is the case then what do you need. what you need and after about a hundred I got the hang of it and it became a lot easier. I used tweezers and (usually 2 at a time) held the tip with my fingernail while removing the top paper with the tweezers. Then I just took one at a time with tweezers and placed them where I needed them. The projects I've used them on have been fantastic and I will be buying them again. Definitive! Everyone is enthusiastic, very satisfied!
