Review on GEM-CAR by Steve Brethorst

We've been using Gemcar since 2010. It has been a great tool for our business. Our repair shop specializes in engine repairs. With gemcar we have been able to efficiently manage and communicate with customers and vendors. In addition, our dealership is now getting better service. Gemcar is able to streamline the purchasing and shipping processes for us. They make it so easy to work with multiple stores/branches around the world. My biggest challenge was finding someone who understood our industry and would fit into our unique situation. Gemcar did a great job helping us find that person. The overall experience has been positive. The software is intuitive and user friendly. As a small business owner, the price is right. The tech support team is responsive and helpful. I recommend them without hesitation.
