This was the perfect touchscreen replacement kit for my iPad mini 2. Guitar picks to help with the touchscreen and a few other tools to make it easy to do anything you like have to do. A few more things to get: B-7000 glue, needed to glue the glass panel in place, and safety goggles - when replacing broken glass, small pieces of glass can go everywhere, including in your eyes! I also used a blow dryer to heat the edges, but it also blows little bits of glass all over the place, so I'd recommend a heat gun instead. But I got by without a gun and repaired two iPads in a couple of hours. It was pretty easy, just be patient and careful not to scratch the LCD screen under the touchscreen glass. Don't use a metal spatula as shown in some videos; it may scratch the LCD. Just use the plastic tools that come with the kit.
