What a stench! And I'm not sure if it's really silicone.
It smelled SO STRONG when I opened the package. I've been wearing it for a few days and the smell has dissipated but still not completely gone. I also have a question about how effective this "silicone" mat is. A black rug will turn stark white in the folds even if it's just stacked, let alone actually pinched. To be honest I'm not sure I think he's non-reactive. (I make soap and use it to protect my counters from fresh, raw soap and alkaline water. Not sure if it's even safe to use as I'm not sure if it's actually silicone. )
