The support was excellent! They were always available for us when we needed them even after hours (sometimes).

We had some issues that they worked through quickly but never gave up trying until it actually got resolved properly - which took longer than expected due problems at their end? It's hard being away during this time so you can't check everything yourself as much though all our files are backedup regularly anyway :) I would recommend using these guys if your looking into getting VMs set up/managed etc.. Great experience overall great pricing too!!
