Reservoir return port not to spec on 2012 SE
Everything seemed to be just right until coolant was added. The coolant return line (small hose) fits inside the radiator and relies on an o-ring to create an airtight seal, but this replacement radiator has a slightly larger internal diameter which allows coolant to escape through the gap very quickly. Others say they have no problem which is great but it doesn't match my 2012 SE Focus sedan 6 speed auto at all. Much luck.
