Attention buyers Anti-theft

Firstly, the remote control that was delivered was not the one in the picture. The remotes advertised had 4 buttons (lock, unlock, trunk, panic) while the incoming remotes only had 3 (lock, unlock, panic). More importantly, the remote control is not programmed. I followed the instructions for my 2006 Acura TL exactly, but it didn't work. I've tried at least a dozen times.
