Review on 👁️ Coastal Scents Camouflage Concealer Palette (PL-011) for Enhanced Visibility by Sonya Lewis

This concealer palette is amazing for the price! I was looking for a concealer palette for Kim Kardashian contouring. I'm not a particularly big fan of hers, but I've seen some amazing makeup tutorials and wanted to try it. I started looking for the right palette to experiment with different shades of concealer. I looked at Sephora, Nordstrom, Ulta, etc. and couldn't find a palette of concealers with different shades. The ones I could find either contained only a few pieces, contained a green/bluish concealer, or were very expensive. I didn't want to spend a lot of money as I was just experimenting. Then I found this palette of coastal scents! At first I was skeptical. But perfect for my needs! I apply lighter shades to the areas I want to highlight and darker shades to the areas I want to contour. I have found that using a concealer brush and then buffing/blending with a beauty blender works best for me. I also sometimes use lighter concealers under my eyes. I think they would suit many different skin tones and almost all are suitable for someone with olive undertones like me. mixing works! I was also pleasantly surprised at how much product you get. I didn't like that it was very apt to look like a cake when mixed properly. I guess that's to be expected, but for that reason I didn't like applying it to stains. Also, concealers can dry out the skin, another reason I don't like using them on blemishes. On the other hand, they didn't cause me any breakouts or excess oil secretion. Despite the flaws, I gave it a 5-star rating because it's cheap, customizable, and mixing it right keeps the flaws to a minimum. Summary (my personal opinion) Pros: - Wide range of shades - Good for contouring - Good for under eye skin - Versatile - Wide range of applications and coverage depending on how much you apply/blend - Not manufactured me break out or highlight oil - Nice packaging and excellent mirror - Quantity of product - Price Cons: - Can be sticky - Drying
