I was looking for a steam cleaner to clean the glass walls in the shower. After researching this product and realizing that it ranks as one of the best steam cleaners, I decided to buy it. Unfortunately I am very disappointed! After you fill the tank with distilled water, wait about four minutes before you start cleaning. The vapor comes out really well and definitely cleared my glass. Unfortunately, this only takes five minutes and then you have to unplug the device, wait 15 minutes for it to cool down, then refill the device with distilled water and start over. If it was possible to add water right away I would rate this higher. Another issue I had was that the tips are very cheap and fall off with use. The mop didn't stay in place and kept falling off (the locking mechanism was broken). The cleaning brush stayed on and worked well on my sinks. However, it's back today due to the 15-minute wait between refills.
