Ashamed. but for foot, hand and nail care

They looked exactly like the picture but 3 out of 7 brushes were hard as if they had been used. This is the first time I buy brushes. maybe it's supposed to be like this? But they look darker, so I don't think it should be. I'll try to soften them with nail polish remover, wish me luck. Update: The nail polish remover worked, but that doesn't make up for the fact that they've been used before and some think it's okay to pack them hard. Not in my opinion
