It's frustrating to see a product being mercilessly mocked because people don't know what they're doing. That's hot wax. If you put notched metal on it at room temperature, the hot wax will stay in the grooves and dry out. There are a billion wax seal tutorials on YouTube. Before attacking a company product that you obviously don't know how to use, try this first. This wax is GREAT. Melts great. All you have to do is place the metal part of the stamp in the freezer while you heat the wax (and use enough wax). When the wax is ready, attach the cold stamp to the pen, pour in the wax and apply the stamp. Shake it to make sure it's ready to remove the wax. The photo above was my first attempt. I melted three pellets. The stamp came off clean, the wax didn't "smell" at all. It smells like wax.🤷‍♀️Since the Middle Ages only wax seals have been used and wax is not a problem in any of the negative reviews. I think some people literally thrive on being unhappy.
