I would say that at first I wasn't satisfied with this product and wanted to return it. This is not for a heavy camera. And it takes time to learn how the stabilizer works and adjust its balance. Support sent me some videos that really helped me to understand what was going on and how to use the stabilizer properly. It's not something you can quickly fall back on. .It needs time to balance the gimble. This is an important part of the nebula. You need time to learn how the gimbal is balanced and then it works like magic. I would say two weeks with this product and my experience has been much better. I'm glad the support team was so helpful. I would recommend using a quick release plate so you can easily attach and detach the camera to the gimbal and not have to constantly rebalance it. I'm using a Nikon d3300 with a 55mm lens and two of the lighter weights and a drop time of around 3 seconds.
