Let me start by saying that the design of these controllers is amazing. When I opened the first one it looked great, my teenage nephew immediately took it out, plugged in his headphones and started playing Fortnite. The headphone jack was not working. There was only static noise. I contacted the seller, he sent me a new controller. We received it 2 days later. This one was punched on the underside next to the headphone jack. The first one looked perfect, it just didn't work. The second one didn't work but also had chips, dents and scratches. The company that just told me they have a lifetime warranty said they could only refund $15. I even offered to send them back. I still haven't seen the small refund I should have received. I was in direct contact with them before writing this review. I even offered to fix this issue before posting a negative review but I didn't receive the small amount they offered after telling me I would get a full refund. They also denied having any issues with their quality. I am a quality controller, I pay attention to details. they were not insignificant. I would never pass the inspection. This is great if you just want a controller that looks cool and works without headphones. They agreed to work with us on the 1st, failed on their refund promise, failed on their $15 refund promise and refused to ship them back.
