Nothing! I really like this service because it's very reliable, easy to use and secure. And also that they do not charge for pick up or delivery at their own warehouse. They are always prompt in delivering my shipments and have been great overall to work with. The only thing that sometimes gets tedious about them is when you need them to make changes to your shipment or request more information about something (like an invoice). So far everything has gone smoothly but there could be better communication between our companies. It would help if we had someone who was able to speak fluent English so that we can communicate better. We've used U S General Shippers before and were never disappointed by anything they did. Just trust the fact that they will take care of any issues that arise throughout the process. Shipping goods internationally is one area where we struggle, especially overseas. This website makes managing those transactions much easier which helps.
