I love the curtain rod - it's my style and it's very modern. I had a lot of problems installing it - I couldn't get the drill parallel to the wall because the angle the rod sits at was below the hole being drilled - this made it difficult to really push the drill through and I ended up using a screwdriver to fully install the screw. I'm a bit frustrated at how easy it was to scratch the surface. Therefore, I decided that when moving I would leave the cornice. The center extension pole is not attached to the outer poles and is too easy to disassemble. It's annoying when I try to open the curtains and the center rod comes out. I can get it to work but the installation was annoying.
