Before I ordered Sharkk's sleek stainless steel money clip, I had two money clips. I thoroughly researched every clip offered on Revain.com before deciding on this product. I am happy with my choice. The Sharkk money clip is well made and finished. It's elegant but not flashy. That's pragmatic and reasonable. The Sharkk clamp is strong, reliable, nice shape, size and feel. It's very thin and very, very strong. Unlike my other clip which has loosened over time after almost a year, the Sharkk is still as tight and crisp as the day I bought it. The Sharkk clip compresses your currency. It's big enough to be solid and secure but not too big, and its thin profile makes up for its length, which is a little longer than I'm used to. The Sharkk clip is a reasonable size and is exactly what a money clip should be. With a money clip, form must follow function, and I see no reason to buy a flashy clip with an easily damaged precious metal plating or silly engraving. Stainless steel is the best material for a money clip (or a watch, as well as many other personal accessories). It should be simple, strong and beautiful to look at, with an attractive finish that is wear and scratch resistant. Everything else would be posh. Sharkk meets these requirements. I am so often disappointed with poorly designed products that I purchase additional offerings from Sharkk because the company offers high quality at a reasonable price.
