Exceeded expectations. Outstanding performance
This soufflé performed exceptionally well. I was a little hesitant to buy a soufflé made anywhere other than France. I'm happy to report that the Chinese are still producing a top-notch product in this case. Photos of the cheese and chocolate soufflés I baked in a 6" HIC Porcelain Souffle are below.
