I like that it's simple to use (both for users as well as developers).

The API documentation could be more detailed - but still understandable by non technical people; we had some issues implementing features in NodeJS/Express because there were no examples provided so you have to figure out how they are implemented yourself or get help from someone using them at their workplace who can answer your questions directly! We're solving problems around data integration between multiple applications running different frameworks within one system without having lots of dedicated database servers sitting idle all day waiting for requests.
