Love this 2K outdoor camera. It comes with AI, Motion Detection, Mico SD card and no cloud storage purchase required. It comes with output cable, no need to change batteries. What I don't like is the 2k at 15 fps and the inability to read the license plate when the car is going about 20 feet. I wish they could go to 2k@30fps. So it is clearer if you enlarge the license plate. 4 stars after a few weeks with it. This caused live and playback pink issues, but that has been fixed. Fixed problem with good customer service email generator. -- Shake the camera a few times if you have problem with pink/purple images. It may seem silly, but the cause of this issue could be IR slice jamming. 3 stars After the exchange I put it in my front yard. It was fine during the day, but there are constant bogus notifications at night. AI is not very smart. As the car drove down the street it cast a shadow on plants saying they saw a person almost every 2 minutes. 2 stars. They fixed the shadow at night, but still during the day. I went back to Revane. I told eufy customer service. Customer service was kind enough to send me a new surveillance camera. Now I'm doing an update for them on this camera. I just noticed that Revain has not refunded me in full. I bought this item for $99.99 and was only refunded $90.24. I'm chatting with someone from online customer service. She keeps saying it was a relapse. I told her it was the wrong amount, after all I was talking to a different person. The other person keeps saying I'm late so they waived the restocking fee. I say check the tracking number. It's on time a month free with all that round trip. Later she returned my $20 Revain certificate to me within a few days. So don't give up, that's the principle.
