Review on 🍳 Zojirushi EP-RAC50 Gourmet d'Expert: The Ultimate 1350-Watt Electric Skillet by Micky Lovett

The desire for home cooking that I grew up with led me to look for an electric skillet that doubles as a hot pot. I found this Zojirushi model based on many recommendations I read in gourmet groups and it definitely didn't disappoint. This size is best for 4-6 people. It's deep enough to hold enough broth for most meals - I've only had to refill it once - and plenty of meat and veggies. Once the broth boils, the pot maintains a constant temperature and quickly heats everything up. It's very easy to clean and overall not too heavy to carry on and off the table. All parts are nested inside each other, making it compact enough to fit in most kitchen cabinets.
