Beyond praise! The product definitely deserves your attention.

RAM can be upgraded or replaced, but the M2 slot is the only place to install a new solid-state drive. In overall, I was satisfied with the notebook, although 4 GB of memory was obviously insufficient. For a 15.6-inch, full-fledged laptop, the 1.6-kilogram weight was just too much to get used to.

Pros
  • The laptop is as light as narrow as depicted in the photos. During initial program setup, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the battery lasted for at least 6 hours on a single charge.
Cons
  • Screen. It's a catastrophe to waste that much money on such plain rubbish in this day and age. Most people still use a TN-matrix that is 15 years old, and it has terrible viewing angles, especially in the vertical plane. The keyboard feels cheap and flimsy, like it was made out of plastic. There is only a monochrome indication for the volume, but no touchpad disable button, numeric keypad, case-sensitive keyboard, or wireless network connectivity. HP's data support services are subpar. No precise technical specifications for this model can be found online. I had to check online forums and contact overseas technical assistance to see if RAM expansion was an option.
