Screen. It's a catastrophe to waste that much money on such plain rubbish in this day and age. Most people still use a TN-matrix that is 15 years old, and it has terrible viewing angles, especially in the vertical plane. The keyboard feels cheap and flimsy, like it was made out of plastic. There is only a monochrome indication for the volume, but no touchpad disable button, numeric keypad, case-sensitive keyboard, or wireless network connectivity. HP's data support services are subpar. No precise technical specifications for this model can be found online. I had to check online forums and contact overseas technical assistance to see if RAM expansion was an option.
