A handle is ideal for use on wheels.
When it comes to a shower on wheels, it's important to save water. Two-handle faucets never keep the right temperature because you often have to turn off the shower head. A single knob works better in this regard as you can visually adjust the knob for the best temperature. Although I thought it would be good for the intermittent nature of the wheel shower, I found it best to use the shut-off on the shower head. Thanks to a single button, the temperature remains more constant than with any other method.
