The effect I'm looking for is a light, cozy neck warmer, similar to a turtleneck top, that I can wear inside in the winter and with any shirt outside on cool spring days. through the fall. The original tortoiseshell fleece neck warmers, which I own a few, are just the right length and fit well, but are too warm for anything other than fall and winter outdoor use. This product has beautiful material; some form of nylon/spandex with a light fleece layer inside. But it's 2-3 times longer than what I wanted and while some reviews said it was too tight I found it flexible and couldn't fit easily but snugly around my neck to keep out the wind. It seems well made but huge. The price is very good compared to others of its kind if that's what you're looking for.
