It's a joke, the concept is there but the execution isn't. This thing is pointing exactly where you want it to blow air. So if you want to cool your palms, you need to grab the controller with your fingertips and take your hands off the controller. The battery life is around 30 minutes and it uses more power than when charging, so you can't just plug it in and leave it running indefinitely. It's the loudest fan in the room. Better take a desktop fan and point it towards your hands while using the controller. Not a good buy.
