When you can't use your hands for an hour, this is a great set to keep your hands moisturized and soft. There are 3 steps and they go together really well. You rub the first step in your hands and leave it on for 25-30 minutes, then rinse it off and proceed to the second step - gloves. You stay another 30 minutes and then move on to step 3, the cream. I have learned to open all stages before beginning because it is impossible to open them alone in the middle of a treatment. It definitely left my hands softer and hydrated for days.
