Review on iVend Loyalty by Brock Chisholm

I love how easy it was to set up my store! The customer support team were very helpful in every step we took as newbies (and not so much!). It’s been great being able use our own data-set rather than having them pull all info from their platform which they do now but wasn't previously an option when setting this software out myself - just wish there could have had some more customisation options around what you can/can' t see within your account dashboard etc before going live? We've seen almost 100% increase since putting this system into place compared against last year at Christmas time.. So far no issues aside form one small issue where someone made over £50 worth off vouchers during sale week however after contacting Customer Support everything has fixed itself quickly without any problems following through afterwards either way well done again!!
