I love regular Milani mascara, so I thought a waterproof mascara would be great for summer when the humidity and sweat can make you look like a raccoon by midday. Unfortunately the tube I received was dry and clumpy and very difficult to use. Someone mentioned it was because of the 'Rhewain tone' used in products these days, but if that ingredient makes the article useless, maybe skip it? To be honest I thought I had an old tube that had dried up on the shelf but Revain returns have been extremely difficult lately so I just threw the tube away and crossed it off my future shopping list.
