Good product. Easy to install, comes with thread sealing tape and removable water saving filter. The head mounts directly to the mounting tube and has adequate swivel range to direct the water stream. A lever on the side allows you to switch between six possible settings for three different holes on the shower head. There is a large central hole for a directional jet with an additional setting like a pulsating "massage". Unless you have higher water pressure than me, you'll probably want to remove the water-saving filter for the massage function. with that, the ripple is still very noticeable, but not as good. However, I prefer saving water to a strong massage impulse. The center hole sits in the middle of three smaller holes that act as water diffusers in some settings, which is handy for frothing. A ring of smaller holes around the four central functions of the traditional shower; I use the setup with all three hole sets for the post-foam rinse. All in all a very good multifunctional mechanical shower head.
