I like that you can customize your releases so they are relevant to each site's audience. The support team has been very responsive when we have questions or concerns about our account. It would be nice if there was more flexibility in how many links were included with one URL (we sometimes want multiple URLs). Also it could use some additional features such as adding images/videos from YouTube etc., but this isn't too much of a problem since most clients don't need all those options anyway! We've used other services before and didn't find them helpful enough compared to what PU offers. Our business partners often post their content online without us knowing first which makes managing these accounts difficult at times. With PU we get notified immediately whenever someone posts something new which helps keep things organized.
