I have full dentures, upper and lower jaws. It's hard to get them to stay put. I've used both powder and cream glue in the past and haven't been entirely happy with the results. This is the first cream that really worked and really kept my teeth in place all day. I hate removing cream from my gums at the end of the day, but I found the suggestion on the box worked well. I use a soft toothbrush, which I clean frequently, to remove cream from my mouth. It takes a little while, but it works every time. Can highly recommend this cream
