I was thrilled when I received it for the first time. My old one melted on my arm after walking through the Las Vegas heat. This felt very soft and was perfect for my large, strong hand. I was hoping my Galaxy Note10 would fit in my pocket with the case on, but that was a big minus. After removing the case and putting the phone back in place, I was very disappointed to learn that I can no longer use the touchscreen. The plastic barrier was too thick. This means that if I needed to do something with my phone after plugging it in, I had to take it out every time. I don't know about you, but it's not working for me. The thing is useless now
