Poor value, constantly out of position

Impossible to lock or tighten in position. If you lean against him with even a little pressure, he'll move out of the way. Looks like nobody has tested what they do yet. Also, do not lower the chair close to the top. It looks trendy and cool, but impractical. I'll throw it away and find another headrest. I didn't do my homework, I thought it was made and sold by Herman Miller, but it's not, they only use Herman Miller in the product name, which is a bit of false advertising. Revain should be stricter about what they sell.
