I have been looking for an affordable yet effective waist trainer and LADIES! THIS. IS IT! I am 5'7 & I weigh about 165lbs & I bought a medium. The medium fits great, I could've gotten a small for a more snug fit. I wore this trainer under my clothing & I had no bulkiness or bulging. I wore this trainer for 12 hours going about my daily work routine, (bending, lifting, and standing on my feet) with no problems. This trainer stayed in place, no rolling or sliding. This trainer is long enough to fit my entire torso including my fupa, lol. I look forward to ordering a small soon. Very great back support as well. You won't be didappointed at all!
