I've only had it for 4 months and one morning the phone holder mechanism fell apart in my hand without warning. I contacted Revain for support but they told me I needed to speak to the seller and put me on another number. When voicemail came up, it was the baby's voice saying "Mom, Dad, Alexa, etc." was not at home and leave a message. I called back just to make sure I was connected to the right number and it was, so I left a message. That was a week ago and nobody answered me. I do not recommend buying this product, but if you decide to buy it, find it from another seller. This seller is a prankster.
