Best Butter Dish, Best in Kitchen and Dining Room

This is the best oil I've ever tried (I've had four). As with most buttered dishes, the top will inevitably get greasy with butter, but not this one! It has a bamboo upper with a rubber gasket. I've had it for a week and it's still not a mess that needs cleaning. The "bowl" is made of enamelled metal and holds 2 packs of butter side by side, or a single European butter shape/size (although I'm not sure Presidential butter from France will do). I like to keep my butter out of the fridge so it stays soft and spreadable, and the seal on it keeps it fresh and softens the butter for easy spreading. It also looks great on my counter and has a distinctive look without being a loud showpiece. I am very satisfied and would buy it again.
