I have two problems with this oven: the controls are represented as symbols instead of printed words, and the code is represented as tiny images with small print. the words next to it on the glass door. I have a flashlight nearby, but even then it's difficult to figure out the settings. Many images look the same or not at all as they should be. For most things I just set Temp. and time on the main buttons. The convection turns on automatically when the temperature is set. Often I don't want to use it, but you can't turn it off. I often set the temperature 25 degrees lower than the recipe calls for to compensate and to keep an eye on the food as it nears doneness. The top gets very hot which is handy for preheating plates if I put a wire rack on top first. I love that it heats up quickly and you can set the timer to any time you want. The size is great.
