Considering how much I love coffee, I couldn't wait to get my hands on some things from Adorever. However, I was extremely let down by this company's awful customer service and careless approach to quality control. To begin, the shipping was performed at an extremely snail's pace. In our fast-paced world, the fact that I had to wait almost two weeks for my purchase to be fulfilled is inexcusable. When the box was delivered, I opened it up and discovered that a component of the espresso machine was missing, despite the fact that it was detailed on the invoice. To make matters even worse, the quality of the components and extras that I did end up receiving was below average. The espresso machine accessories were badly made and did not fit my machine properly. The coffee filters were flimsy and easily tore apart. It was very evident that Adorever lacked the essential competence to produce high-quality goods in their factory. When I tried to fix these difficulties by contacting customer service, I was faced with comments that were useless and dismissive of my concerns. It was abundantly evident that Adorever did not care about the happiness of their clients and that they were solely concerned in earning a profit as quickly as possible. In conclusion, I am unable to suggest Adorever to any coffee enthusiast who places a high value on both product quality and excellent service to customers. The late shipment, missing parts, and poor quality of their products all contribute to an unpleasant and discouraging customer experience. Put those funds aside and look elsewhere to satisfy your requirements for coffee and espresso.
