Excellent customer service

I just received my package and ran into an issue that required me to contact support. Gabriel helped me and we realized the problem was on my side and not the power button on the hose. He was very knowledgeable and patient. I didn't wait in line for more than 2 minutes which is pretty good these days. My package was missing a wall mount, which isn't a big deal, but I'm deducting a star for that.
