When it first came out I was surprised to learn it was nothing more than a handheld vacuum with two extensions. I decided to give it a try anyway because only 2 rooms in my house have carpet. These are low traffic areas that do not require special attention. I have no pets or children. I've had a vacuum for 4 months and have used it maybe 6-7 times. The suction no longer works. I removed the head and made sure nothing was clogging it. I checked all airways to make sure there was no suction. I know the return period has passed, but I would recommend if you're thinking about buying this, treat it like a disposable 'broom' of sorts and don't expect it to be high traffic areas or more than one few managed.
