First of all I received my package in about five days and it was missing a few pieces. It was easy to see that the box had been opened before. The last buyer probably didn't bother to return everything. Revane gets an A for that. You only annoy me! But this is a product review, so here it is: This chair gets an A plus. I managed to assemble it in half an hour and I'm very happy with the result. I'm 6'3" and about 300 pounds. This chair is made for me and also for much taller people. I set a chair height as low as possible. I was pleasantly surprised - the chair was meant to be made for NBA players Also, the width can actually support a 400lb person. I have enough spare room. The back massager is pretty good, not great. But that's not what I bought this chair for. It was just an added bonus. In short, I recommend this chair sincerely large and large people.It is very durable and well built.
