Insufficient absorbency. 10 minutes after wiping, there is too much cleaning solution and the wet solution starts to smudge. What you see in the photo are dirt marks left by the wheels where there is excess solution. This happened 5 times in a row (wanted to make sure it wasn't just extra dirt or some other reason). These return. It is sad that the price of original spare parts for them is very high. But they just don't work.
