I like that it has really good software to help me organize my materials quickly. The interface is easy enough without being too user-friendly! It can be difficult at times to find exactly what you are looking for in this program -- especially if there's not much documentation out their online about how things work (which isn't very helpful). But once again, it does have some great tutorials which could make using the product more intuitive after getting used with them. We use this software mainly as an organization tool; however, we also do utilize its file storage capabilities to store our files from past projects. This allows us to access all of those old documents within one place instead of having multiple places across our office where they would sit unorganized. Also helps when creating new projects because everything related to previous ones will now reside together.
