The reviewer below mentioned that they are getting software that allows you to customize buttons. I didn't have any software with me. The model number is not listed in the description above, nor on the minimum packaging that it comes in. Looking at the bottom of the mouse, I have the WM289. This looks the same as WM389. There is no software for WM289 on the TeckNet support site, but there is for WM389. But the WM389 software doesn't seem to work with the 289. So I couldn't set up the mouse. The fire button seems to send multiple keystrokes in games when I try to assign a function to it.
