I love this group. It looks great and is very comfortable. After about 6 months, the leather pieces holding the bracelet became quite thin. I contacted the company to get a replacement holder and they were so easy to work with! They replaced the entire strap (not just a small worn part). They were very responsive and immediately sent a replacement. I would recommend this group and company solely for their customer service. They certainly exceeded all expectations and stand behind their products.
